Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and UAE regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets approved standards
- Review and interpret shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documents
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper site documentation
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
- Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and implement safety protocols
Requirements:
- 4+ years UAE experience as Site Engineer in building construction/infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and UAE building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
