Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are in search of a proficient and seasoned site supervisor to oversee and manage daily construction operations on-site. The ideal candidate will be tasked with ensuring that projects are executed safely, punctually, within budget constraints, and in accordance with established quality standards. This position necessitates exceptional leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and laborers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Report on project progress and any significant challenges to the project manager and other relevant stakeholders.
2. Perform regular site inspections to ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
3. Keep precise records of site activities, completed work, and utilized resources.
4. Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to enhance efficiency.
5. Address any on-site issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
6. Monitor the progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with required standards.
7. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a secure working environment.
8. Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a site supervisor in the construction sector (minimum 1-3 years).
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
