We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Civil Supervisor to oversee the construction, renovation, and maintenance of swimming pools. Responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring projects adhere to safety standards, budget, and timelines. Must have a strong background in civil engineering principles, concrete work, plumbing, and a thorough understanding of pool construction processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential to coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the complete life cycle of swimming pool construction, from excavation and structural work to plumbing, tiling, and finishing. Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, local building codes, and project specifications. Coordinate daily site activities, supervise labor, and manage subcontractors to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor with specific experience in swimming pool construction.
