Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities related to civil works. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to managing teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and site engineers for timely execution of work.
- Ensure proper implementation of construction plans and schedules.
- Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage to prevent wastage and delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports, manpower logs, and material consumption.
- Address on-site issues promptly and report major concerns to project management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a civil supervisor role.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proficient in using MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
