We are looking for Claims Executive - Pharmacy
•Candidate should hold a Pharm D, B.Pharm /D.Pharm Degree
•Minimum 2 - 5 years’ Experience in Medical Insurance TPA /Insurance industry or Pharmacy within UAE.
•Adjudication of pharmacy prior authorization requests received in accordance with policy TOB and issuing approvals within TAT by ensuring prior authorization protocols.
•Accurate usage of denial codes in request denials with proper remarks which is easily understandable by the service provider.
•Respond to pharmacy provider calls in professional manner and clarify the queries related with submissions
•Claims processing and Claims review as allocated by Claims Manager.
•Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
•Arabic speaker is an added advantage
•Data analytical skills
•Proficiency in MS office
