Job Title: Female Cleaning Supervisor cum Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and dynamic Female Cleaning Supervisor cum Sales Executive to oversee daily cleaning operations and drive sales for cleaning services. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to grow client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Cleaning Supervision:
- Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning activities across assigned sites.
- Supervise and train cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety, and company standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure quality control.
- Maintain cleaning schedules and inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Report and resolve any maintenance or operational issues.
Sales Duties:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads for cleaning services.
- Visit client locations to assess cleaning needs and provide customized proposals.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to close deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report on progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in cleaning supervision and/or sales (2+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting.
- Valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Language: English, Arabic, or local languages as required]
Preferred Candidate:
- Female, as per client site-specific requirements.
- Experience in commercial or residential cleaning industry.
- Presentable and confident in client interactions.
