Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Inspect cleaning work to ensure standards are met and maintained.
- Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and manage attendance and timesheets.
- Handle staff performance reviews, provide feedback, and address any issues or complaints.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report maintenance issues or hazards promptly to the appropriate department.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
- Ability to manage a team effectively and work under pressure.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills (for scheduling and reporting purposes).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
