Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor, preferably from Nepal, to oversee and coordinate cleaning staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and maintain a safe and hygienic environment across assigned premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the work of cleaning staff.
- Prepare daily/weekly cleaning schedules and assign tasks.
- Inspect premises to ensure established standards of cleanliness are met.
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing cleaners.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, and request replenishments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Report maintenance or repair requirements to management promptly.
- Maintain attendance records and submit reports to management.
- Communicate effectively with clients or building management if required.
