We're seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high-quality cleaning services, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure high-quality cleaning services.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Manage cleaning schedules, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements:
- Experience in cleaning supervision or management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks as needed.
