As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Client Manager to support our clients throughout their journey – from course enrollment to opening their live trading accounts.
Job Summary:
As a Client Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for students enrolled in our Forex trading courses. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with clients, resolve their queries, ensure high engagement, and assist in converting learners into live trading account holders with our partner broker(s).
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination:
- Engage with enrolled students via phone, email, WhatsApp, or CRM platforms.
- Welcome new clients and guide them through their learning journey.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure course completion and engagement.
- Support & Assistance:
- Provide accurate and prompt responses to client queries related to course access, trading platforms, account setup, and general trading topics.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal support/training teams if needed.
- Conversion & Sales Support:
- Educate students on the benefits of opening a real/live trading account.
- Assist in the process of opening trading accounts with our partner brokers.
- Follow up with students who have completed the course to ensure account activation.
- CRM Management & Reporting:
- Update client details, communications, and progress in CRM systems.
- Generate and share regular reports on conversions, queries resolved, and client status.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
- Collect client feedback and relay insights to the training and sales teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client servicing, customer support, or account management roles.
- Background or interest in Forex trading, financial markets, or online education preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle client interactions professionally.
- Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5) is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, Google Workspace or MS Office.
