You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the evolving digital advertising landscape and recommending growth strategies and approaches that align with their business objectives. By leveraging TikTok’s creative capabilities and data-driven insights, you will empower clients to develop and execute campaigns that drive measurable results and business growth.
METAP (Middle East, Africa, Turkey & Pakistan) Apps team covers the following industries: utilities, fintech, lifestyles (social & dating, health & fitness) and services (ride-hailing, education, superapps). The highly dynamic client base originates from across Eastern Europe, Turkey and MENA and are scaling their businesses globally.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the App industry market, opportunities, trends and act on it, with key KPIs on increasing existing advertiser adoption, and net new active advertiser growth.
- Foster Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients and agencies, positioning yourself as a trusted partner who can recommend and drive solutions that leverage TikTok’s product offerings.
- Oversee Client development: in close partnership with Client Solutions & other cross-functional teams (MarSci, Creative, Product, Finance) to ensure the seamless execution of product-driven campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with product teams to ensure clients are utilizing the latest TikTok features and products, contributing feedback and insights to help shape future product development.
- Drive Business Growth: Focus on client retention, upsell opportunities, and renewals by identifying how TikTok’s products can deliver long-term value and foster deeper client engagement.
- Conduct Business Reviews: Lead regular business reviews with clients, ensuring the continued success and optimization of their campaigns and TikTok product usage, while exploring new opportunities for growth.
- Optimize and Troubleshoot: Proactively identify and resolve any issues regarding AD campaigns during campaign planning & execution, working closely with internal teams to ensure fast and efficient solutions.
- Serve as the voice-of-the-customer, providing insights/feedback on product, operations, and opportunities to build and expand TikTok for Business solutions for APPs.
