Amazing Grace Cleaning Services is a growing home and office cleaning company based in Dubai. We’re on a mission to bring professionalism, integrity, and trust to the cleaning industry. We’re looking for a confident and well-presented Client Relations & Marketing Executive who can represent our brand with excellence and help drive our growth.
Role Summary:
You will be the face and voice of our company — managing customer inquiries, overseeing marketing campaigns (especially social media), and ensuring excellent client relations. This is a hybrid role with both administrative and brand-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and Instagram
- Schedule appointments and follow up with existing clients
- Develop and manage social media campaigns (especially Instagram Reels & Stories)
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications
- Support the founder in organizing team operations and daily schedules
- Assist with marketing partnerships (e.g., real estate, relocation agents)
Requirements:
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
- Comfortable on camera (for Instagram/marketing content)
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing
- Confident, organized, and good with multitasking
- Past experience in a client-facing or admin/marketing role preferred
- Based in Dubai and ready to start immediately
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in service-based industries (hospitality, beauty, or real estate)
- Speak additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Tagalog, French, etc.)
- Have a UAE driver’s license
