We are currently seeking proactive, dynamic candidates to join our expanding team as Client Servicing Executive / Project Coordinator.
Job Description:
- Liaise with clients to clarify project goals, scope, and specific requirements.
- Work closely with design and production teams to ensure on-time, high-quality project completion.
- Assist the sales team by coordinating schedules and managing sales-related documentation.
- Detect potential problems and suggest proactive technical solutions.
- Join design discussions and propose improvements for optimal project outcomes.
- Create project timelines and monitor progress to ensure alignment with team goals.
- Oversee project execution and coordinate team efforts to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary materials are organized and accessible.
- Prepare accurate job quotes and orders aligned with project scope and cost assessments.
- Manage professional email correspondence to ensure timely and effective stakeholder communication.
- Conduct on-site client meetings and visits to facilitate project planning and smooth execution.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Drive business development efforts by engaging clients and presenting tailored solutions.
- Maintain and update sales leads and client order records.
- Monitor expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Liaise between other departments and the client to provide service most suitable for the client’s needs.
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Technical Studies or Business Administration
- Proven 2 years’ experience as a Client Service Executive or Project Coordinator or similar role in the Advertising, Printing, Fit Out, Signages industry is mandatory.
- Should possess advanced skills in MS Office, specifically in Excel; including but not limited to data analysis, creating spreadsheets, using formulas and functions, and generating reports.
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours as projects may demand.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally to team members & clients.
- Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate dedication to meeting project deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Valid UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
