Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Administrator to manage the daily operations of our clinic in Ajman. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of administrative tasks, staff coordination, and patient services. Candidates with accounting experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and front desk management
- Manage appointments, patient records, and documentation
- Coordinate with medical staff and support efficient workflow
- Handle basic financial tasks such as petty cash, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of clinic supplies
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and clinic policies
- Support with HR tasks such as scheduling, staff attendance, and basic payroll coordination
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in clinic administration or a healthcare setting
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Working Hours: Full-time, 6 days/week
