Job Title: Physiotherapist
Main Function:
- Deliver advanced standard of Physiotherapy Assessment, Management, and Treatment to patients across various domains, including Musculoskeletal/Orthopedics, Cardiopulmonary, Neurology, Pediatric, and Geriatric, with the aim of achieving optimal recovery.
- Act as a proactive member of the home care team, consistently upholding the delivery of high-quality service, which encompasses tasks such as comprehensive patients' documentation.
Scope of Job Activities:
- Provide specialized physiotherapy interventions for patients with complex needs within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care within a homecare setting, focusing on patients' rehabilitation, self-management, and independence throughout their care journey.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including those with multiple pathologies, using clinical reasoning skills and assessment techniques to develop treatment plans based on clinical findings.
- Collaborate with other health professionals as needed to implement the treatment plan.
- Continuously monitor patient progress and make necessary modifications to treatment plans.
- Develop expertise in treating patients within the Homecare/Rehabilitation Program, addressing emotional, motivational, psychological, and social issues.
- Act as an expert in physical function, providing guidance and support to relatives and nursing aides to promote patients' physical independence and ensure consistent patient management.
- Assess patients' understanding of suggested physiotherapy treatment, obtain informed consent, and work within a legal framework for patients unable to provide consent.
- Maintain communication with the team leader and operations manager as necessary.
- Report any incidents to the Team Leader promptly.
- Implement the company's health education programs.
- Participate in in-service training sessions.
- Stay updated on evidence-based practices for various conditions and treatments, sharing relevant knowledge with team members.
- Attend external and internal courses identified in the personal development plan.
- Uphold high professional standards of behavior and appearance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of rehabilitation care, procedures, and patient records.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all company-acquired information.
- Initiate and engage in quality improvement initiatives and training.
- Participate in Audit and KPI training sessions.
- Be flexible in working shifts as needed by the business.
- Be prepared to handle any other ad hoc tasks that may arise.

Qualifications, Skills & Competency Requirements:
Requirements:
- Valid HAAD License as a Physiotherapist.
- A minimum of two (2) years of post-certification experience as a Physiotherapist.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic (strongly preferred).
- Physical fitness to effectively fulfill assigned duties.
- Self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to professional ethics.

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
