Role Description
1. Front-desk role:
This is a full-time role for a Clinic Coordinator located in Dubai. The Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the clinic, scheduling patient appointments, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Additionally, the role requires maintaining patient records, coordinating with medical staff, and providing excellent customer service to enhance patient experience.
2. Administrative role:
The Clinic Coordinator will also handle all back-end administrative tasks including HR duties, Quality Control, DHA inspections, contracts management, PPM, and others.
Qualifications
-Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication skills
-Customer Service skills and a patient-centric approach
-Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medicine
-Proficient in managing administrative tasks and patient records
-Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field is preferred
Arabic and English Fluency is mandatory
