We are urgently seeking an experienced Clinic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing excellent customer service and managing front desk operations in a healthcare setting in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage patient check-ins, appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, taking messages when necessary.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service.
- Verify insurance information and collect necessary payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about clinic services.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Clinic Receptionist in the UAE healthcare industry.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
