Job Opportunity: Clinic Manager
We are looking for a seasoned, goal-driven Clinic Manager with a strong focus on revenue generation to lead the day-to-day operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a track record of driving business growth in a healthcare or aesthetics setting. This role requires overseeing clinical operations, staff performance, patient satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure services are delivered efficiently and according to clinic standards.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through upselling, client retention, and new client acquisition.
- Target-Driven Leadership: Set and monitor revenue targets, motivate the team to meet goals, and ensure consistent business performance.
- Team Management: Lead and support a multidisciplinary team including therapists, receptionists, and support staff. Provide training and performance guidance to maintain high levels of productivity and service.
- Client Engagement: Ensure excellent patient experiences by addressing feedback and concerns promptly and building long-term relationships that drive loyalty and repeat visits.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and oversee billing and payment processes to meet financial goals.
- Appointment & Scheduling Management: Streamline appointment bookings to enhance operational efficiency and reduce patient wait times.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels of products and equipment, ensuring timely reordering while minimizing waste.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, maintain accurate patient records, and uphold confidentiality and safety protocols.
- Marketing & Business Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop initiatives aimed at client acquisition, retention, and service promotion.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on KPIs including revenue, client satisfaction, and operational metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Ajman or the Northern Emirates.
- Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar leadership role within healthcare or aesthetics, with a strong record of achieving revenue targets.
- In-depth knowledge of clinic operations, healthcare compliance, and team leadership.
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation and business development.
- Highly target-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
- Proficient in clinic management software and electronic medical records.
- Background in aesthetics, dermatology, or healthcare is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
