We are seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our polyclinic, ensuring smooth workflow, compliance with regulations, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all clinic departments.
- Manage financial controls, budgeting, and purchasing to maintain cost efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all local health authority regulations (DHA, MOH, FANR, and others).
- Work with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and staff management.
- Organize and streamline clinic workflows for optimal efficiency.
- Assist management in implementing policies and meeting operational targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum4 to 5 years’ experience in clinic or polyclinic administration.
- Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations (DHA, MOH, FANR).
- Experience in financial and procurement management.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
