- Shadowing and observation – learning day-to-day operations of the department.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Simphony Cloud – Updating Menus, Workstation Config, Printer setup.
- Assisting with on-going projects.
- IPTV configuration.
- PC/ Laptop Troubleshooting.
- Installing Windows.
- Telephone line troubleshooting.
- Document filing.
- WiFi troubleshooting.
- Supporting daily operations.
- Updating Microsoft Security patches.
- Opera – installation, creating users, Basic troubleshooting.
- Assisting for Guest requests.
- Handling User issues.
- SUN – Basic troubleshooting.
- Checking daily Backups.
- Invoice Posting.
- Checking Server room.
- Handling QMS requests.
Essential:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Business, or a related field from a university affiliated with the IHG Academy.
- Good understanding of core hotel operations and True Hospitality service skills
