Job Title: Water Zet Operator
Key Responsibilities:
Operation of Water Zet Equipment: Safely and effectively operate and monitor Water Zet systems in the glass and aluminum production processes.
Water Treatment: Oversee the filtration and purification of water used in the production process, ensuring that water quality meets established standards.
Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Water Zet systems and related machinery to prevent downtime.
Process Optimization: Monitor system performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize water flow, pressure, and treatment effectiveness.
Data Logging: Maintain accurate records of water usage, quality tests, and any adjustments made to the systems.
Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety protocols, including ensuring safe handling of chemicals and adhering to environmental standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with production teams and maintenance staff to ensure continuous and efficient factory operations.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: Identify issues with water treatment systems, and either resolve them independently or escalate them to the appropriate team for repair.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on system performance, maintenance schedules, and water quality issues.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 05 years of experience working in a glass and aluminum factory, with a focus on water treatment or related roles.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of water treatment processes, Water Zet systems, and industrial machinery.
Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to perform minor mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure water quality standards and production processes are met.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to identifying problems and implementing solutions quickly.
Safety Conscious: Knowledge of safety standards and practices, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications related to water treatment or industrial machinery are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with quality control systems in the glass or aluminum industries.
Knowledge of environmental regulations related to water usage and waste management.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, with the possibility of shift work depending on production schedules.
Physical demands may include standing for extended periods, lifting, and operating heavy machinery.
