- Grill, toast, or press sandwiches as required, ensuring proper temperature and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area and sandwich station.
- Slice vegetables, meats, and cheeses using proper techniques.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and meet hygiene standards.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and communicate customer preferences or special requests.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all time
Previous experience in Shawarma preparation is preferred.
