Position Overview
As part of our Kitchen Production Team, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, executing production schedules, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring food consistency and quality according to our recipes and SOPs. This is a vital back-of-house role supporting daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, and pack ingredients for daily production
- Follow kitchen SOPs and standardized recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food production experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
