Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our thriving community mall in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal mall performance, maintaining high occupancy rates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing tenant relationships and facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Management & Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address their operational needs
- Oversee lease compliance, tenant mix optimization, and renewal negotiations
- Coordinate tenant onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration
- Resolve tenant disputes and facilitate effective communication between parties
- Monitor tenant performance and occupancy levels to maximize revenue
Mall Operations & Management
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all mall areas and facilities
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Oversee security, cleaning, and maintenance schedules
- Manage mall events, promotions, and marketing activities
- Monitor customer flow, satisfaction levels, and overall mall performance
- Coordinate with retail teams to optimize store layouts and common area usage
Facilities Management (FM) Coordination
- Collaborate with facilities management teams to ensure optimal building performance
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical building systems
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage utility costs and implement energy-efficient solutions
- Supervise cleaning, landscaping, and general maintenance contractors
Financial & Administrative Management
- Prepare and manage operational budgets and financial reports
- Monitor revenue streams including rent collection, common area charges, and promotional fees
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular management reports
- Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining service quality standards
Customer Experience & Community Engagement
- Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Plan and execute community events and seasonal campaigns
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail mall management, property management, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of UAE retail market and Dubai's commercial regulations
- Proven experience in tenant relations and lease management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and Dubai Municipality requirements
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
