Job Summary: We're looking for a Site Foreman/Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate daily activities at our readymix concrete plant site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality control, and adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production and dispatch of readymix concrete - Manage and coordinate site personnel, including operators, drivers, and laborers - Maintain quality control, ensuring compliance with company standards and specifications - Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment - Monitor inventory, equipment, and vehicle maintenance - Collaborate with production team to meet customer demands and delivery schedules - Conduct site inspections, identifying areas for improvement - Report incidents, accidents, or equipment issues to management - Maintain accurate records and reports, including production, quality control, and safety data
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the UAE or Gulf Countries, preferably in the construction or readymix concrete industry - Strong knowledge of construction practices, quality control, and safety regulations - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Physical stamina to work in a plant environment - Valid UAE driving license (if applicable) Preferred Qualifications: - Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field - Experience with readymix concrete production and operations (preffered) If you're a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your resume and cover letter.
