Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate and specialized medical care for critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU).
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs and support life-sustaining functions.
- Utilize advanced medical technologies and procedures to deliver effective treatment.
- Educate patients' families about care plans, prognosis, and treatment options.

- Medical degree with specialization in Critical Care Medicine.
- Completion of a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine.
- Board certification in Critical Care.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
