Oak Realty is a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai, focused on providing top-tier property solutions with a fresh and modern approach. We're seeking a creative and driven Content Creator to help us elevate our brand presence through compelling visual and written content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Write compelling captions, blog posts, property listings, and promotional materials
- Shoot and edit short-form video content (property tours, lifestyle clips, team videos)
- Write video scripts and develop fresh, engaging content ideas aligned with brand strategy
- Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content campaigns
- Stay on top of trends in content creation and real estate marketing
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation (portfolio or samples required)
- Strong writing and script development skills
- Comfortable with photography, videography, and editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Ability to generate content ideas independently
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Interest in real estate or knowledge of the Dubai market is a bonus
