Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Management:
- Oversee vehicle acquisition, maintenance, registration, insurance, and disposal.
- Ensure timely servicing, cleaning, and repairs of all vehicles.
- Monitor vehicle availability and utilization to maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and train front-desk agents, drivers, maintenance staff, and branch supervisors.
- Organized, professional, positive attitude, accuracy in work and effective communication
- Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated complaints.
- Develop and enforce customer service protocols.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotions and packages.
- Monitor KPIs and generate reports on revenue, bookings, and customer feedback.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all vehicles and operations comply with RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) and UAE regulations.
- Maintain records related to traffic fines, accidents, and insurance claims.
- Cost Control & Budgeting:
- Optimize operational costs, including fuel, maintenance, and staffing.
- Prepare and manage budgets for operations and fleet expenditures.
- Technology & Reporting:
- Utilize fleet management systems and rental software to monitor performance.
- Generate and present operational reports to senior management.
Skills:
- 2-3 years experience in Car Rental or Car Leasing experience.
- Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., online booking systems, CRM tools).
- effective sales techniques.
- Knowledge and skill in the operation of Car reservation software; training for this will be provided
- Knowledge of Car Rental or Car Leasing operations.
- Ability to recognize the opportunity to present upgrades to customers.
- Ability to process all paperwork according to policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software.
- Valid UAE driving license
Education:
- Bachelors Degree
Language:
- English fluent
- Arabic will be an advantage
Working Conditions:
- 6-day work week; occasional weekend/holiday work depending on operational demands.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
