Responsibilities:
- Create engaging Reels, Stories, and static posts (IG, TikTok, FB)
- Shoot behind-the-scenes, bouquet prep, packaging, flower drops
- Write captions that align with brand tone (fun, modern, thoughtful)
- Post daily content and schedule using tools (e.g., Later, Buffer)
- Monitor comments, DMs, and engage with the community
- Collect and repost UGC (user-generated content)
- Assist with giveaway planning and execution
- Support with influencer shoot direction and coordination
Skills Required:
- Confident with phone video + basic editing apps (Adobe Premier, CapCut, InShot, VN)
- Strong sense of aesthetic and timing (trending Reels, hooks)
- Fast, creative thinker and hands-on
- Friendly, organized, fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)
- Bonus: Videography, Photography, Canva/Photoshop
