Job Overview:
As a Content Creator for UAE Real Estate, you will be responsible for generating engaging, informative, and high-quality content that highlights our properties and promotes our brand. This role requires a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, excellent writing skills, and proficiency in various content formats, including articles, social media posts, videos, and visual graphics.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
Create and curate original content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and the company website.
Write property descriptions, market reports, and informative articles that convey insights into the UAE real estate sector.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) through regular postings and engagement with followers.
Develop and implement content calendars to ensure consistent online activity and audience engagement.
Video Production:
Produce, edit, and publish property walkthrough videos, virtual tours, and promotional videos to showcase listings and highlight market trends.
Conduct interviews with clients, agents, or industry experts for video content.
SEO Optimization:
Write and optimize content for search engines to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the company website.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in all content produced.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze content performance across all platforms to understand engagement metrics and audience needs.
Regularly report on content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategy with overall business goals and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with real estate agents and other stakeholders to gather insights and materials for content creation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of UAE real estate market trends and audience demographics.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Fluency in English is required.
