Marketing Manager – Real Estate (UAE Market)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to drive our real estate marketing strategies in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lead generation, SEO, and social media management, ensuring maximum brand visibility and effective client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Strategy:
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to attract potential buyers, tenants, and investors.
- SEO & Website Optimization:
- Enhance online presence through strategic SEO practices, optimizing website content and performance to improve search rankings.
- Social Media Management:
- Create and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), building brand awareness and fostering audience interaction.
- Advertising & Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversion rates.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Content Creation & Brand Positioning:
- Develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and email campaigns, to strengthen brand image.
- Partnership & Networking:
- Collaborate with real estate developers, agencies, and influencers to expand reach and credibility.
- Performance Tracking:
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM software) to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate within the UAE.
- Expertise in SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media advertising.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate trends and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Arabic and English is an advantage.
- Experience with video content creation and real estate influencer collaborations.
- Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
