Job Description
- Support in the preparation of contracts, collecting the necessary documents and data, drafting the contract, issuing copies of the contacts, requesting signatures and archiving the contract and supporting documents;
- Carry out the correct storage and archiving of documents, contributing to data security and information confidentiality;
- Organize information and documents, contributing to the monitoring of all current contracts;
- Support the manager in monitoring the provision of the service provided by the company, such as: routes executed, assigned drivers, services provided in the contract, additional services, among others; supporting the control of indicators such as: number of students transported, kilometers driven, monitoring of the routes executed, and quality of services.
- Collaborate in routine department activities, such as preparing reports, maintaining records, controlling documents, among other tasks;
- Provide management with information about contracts;
- Provide the logistics, HR, and finance departments with information about the services provided, offering accurate information so that these sectors can direct their activities;
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in administrative support, contract management, or documentation handling is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
