Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Monitor contract performance and compliance with terms and conditions.
Coordinate with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of contract clauses.
Track and manage contract changes, variations, and claims.
Maintain and organize contract documentation and correspondence.
Assist with preparation of tender documentation, bid evaluations, and vendor selection processes.
Review and validate Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
Liaise with project managers, procurement, and finance to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare periodic reports on contract status, risks, and issues.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in contract administration, preferably in the UAE construction industry.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction contract law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract management software/tools.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Contract Management (e.g., IACCM, CCCM) is a plus.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
Experience in handling both public and private sector projects.
