MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To provide essential backup and support in coordinating daily Flight Crew Relations activities, ensuring seamless continuity of performance monitoring, crew welfare support, and flight crew supply management ensuring high service levels by handling routine administrative tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains close monitoring of flight crew performance and productivity, ensuring any operational issues are identified and addressed promptly.
- Executes management of emergency leave and welfare cases, providing timely and empathetic support to crew members in need.
- Supports long-term sickness cases by tracking progress and coordinating necessary follow-ups to facilitate crew recovery and return to duty.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date flight crew records and documentation, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Assists with uniform procurement and distribution, guaranteeing flight crew receive their supplies efficiently and in proper condition.
- Represents the Flight Crew Relations team in addressing and resolving crew concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Executes crew engagement and recognition initiatives, fostering motivation, loyalty, and a strong sense of community among flight crew.
- Prepares and analyzes detailed reports on crew-related expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and reducing errors in resource management.
- Ensures operational continuity during absences by managing routine administrative tasks and acting as the point of contact during such times for flight crew support.
- Upholds company policies and standards across all Flight Crew Relations activities, maintaining high levels of crew satisfaction and overall team effectiveness.
- Assists with conflict resolution and supporting engagement and recognition programs by strengthening operational resilience and enabling more detailed oversight of crew-related expenses and processes, contributing to enhanced crew satisfaction, reducing errors, and improving overall efficiency within the Flight Crew Relations function.
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
- Experience in Flight Operations Administration, Flight Crew Relations, or General Administration or Customer Service experience is preferred. Prior business administration related field of study/background discipline preferred
- Proficiency Microsoft Office 365 suite is required
- Years with qualifications: 0 - 2 years, Years without qualifications (if applicable): 2 - 4 years
