To support our continued growth and reinforce our commitment to legal and contractual best practices, we are seeking a Corporate Contract Manager. This strategic role will oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, legal standards, and operational requirements.
Position Overview
The Corporate Contract Manager will be responsible for managing all corporate agreements, driving process efficiency in contract administration, and ensuring compliance with UAE laws and internal policies. This role requires a commercially minded legal professional with exceptional attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate contracts including service agreements, supplier contracts, NDAs, partnership MOUs, and government tenders.
- Ensure all contractual terms meet UAE legal requirements and align with company policies.
- Maintain accurate version control and a complete audit trail across the entire contract lifecycle.
Corporate Compliance
- Monitor compliance with UAE federal and local regulations (including RTA, Ministry of Labor, VAT, and transport sector requirements).
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies and oversee their adoption company-wide.
- Manage legal renewals, licensing requirements, and regulatory submissions.
Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
- Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, vendors, and key clients to ensure contract execution aligns with business objectives.
- Provide legal and contractual guidance to internal teams and support strategic decision-making.
Governance & Reporting
- Maintain a centralized corporate contract repository for easy access and audit readiness.
- Track key contract metrics including performance obligations, expiry dates, renewal cycles, and financial exposure.
- Support audits by providing organized and accurate documentation.
Risk Management & Dispute Resolution
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in contract terms or execution.
- Assist in managing contractual disputes, claims, or regulatory investigations with appropriate legal support.
Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- LLB or UAE Legal Certification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate contract management, legal advisory, or compliance roles.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or government services sectors is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, commercial law, and industry-specific regulations.
Skills
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
- High degree of accuracy in legal and corporate documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or contract management software (e.g., Odoo) preferred.
