As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect mobile phone to meet their needs, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
2. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the features and specifications of various mobile phone models.
3. Assist customers in selecting the right mobile phone, accessories, and service plans based on their requirements.
4. Conduct demonstrations of mobile phone features and functionalities.
5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the mobile phone industry.
8. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
9. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and promote a positive work environment.
