Job Title: Counter Sales Staff
Key Responsibilities:
Product Quality and Consistency:
- Provides quality products consistently according to Mister Baker standards for all guests at all times.
Service Standards:
- Delivers service standards and meets the expectations of our guests.
- Welcomes and connects with every guest.
- Maintains steps of service as per the standards, identifies guest needs, and promptly reacts to them.
Guest Experience:
- Demonstrates a positive energy and attitude towards guest experience.
Uniform and Hygiene:
- Maintains all uniform standards and very good personal hygiene.
Team Collaboration:
- Acts as a responsible team player and puts effort into learning new things.
- Maintains decorum of the shop.
Order Management:
- Accepts orders through WhatsApp, phone, and direct sales.
- Handles POS and order punching.
Team Coordination:
- Ensures healthy coordination with each team member.
Ethical Conduct:
- Earns others’ trust and respect through consistent integrity and professionalism in all business interactions.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years F&B Experience, especially in cake shops and cafes.
- Basic Computer and Software Skills
- Languages: English (mandatory), Arabic and Hindi (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
