- Operate various types of cranes (e.g., mobile, tower, overhead) to lift, move, position, or reposition loads in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and daily inspections of the crane to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately.
- Safely attach and detach lifting accessories, slings, and rigging gear.
- Follow UAE safety laws, site safety rules, and company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures at all times.
- Understand and follow the "Permit to Work" system where applicable.
- Be aware of wind conditions, ground stability, and other environmental factors that may affect crane operation.
