On a given day, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of designers and creative professionals, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence

Oversee the creation and execution of all visual content, integrating AI tools and generative design approaches

Translate business goals into compelling creative strategies and designs that maximise conversion, retention, and user engagement

Utilise AI and data-driven insights to continually optimise creative assets for performance and brand consistency

Evaluate, implement, and advocate for AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Figma AI, Midjourney, Runway ML, etc.) that enhance business impact

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, UX, data, and leadership teams

Present and articulate creative concepts and their projected business impact to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with trends in design, AI, and digital marketing

We would love to work with you if you:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Have 8+ years of experience in a creative/design role, with at least 2 years in management

Possess a portfolio highlighting design work that has impacted conversion, retention, and user experience

Have in-depth knowledge of AI-powered design tools and UX/UI principles
-
Are data-driven with experience in measuring and optimising creative performance
-
Excel in communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Are highly organised, adaptable, and passionate about innovation and digital trends
