Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Credit Card Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to individual customers through proactive engagement and relationship-building strategies. You will utilize company-provided leads and your own networking skills to drive consistent sales performance and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively promote and sell credit card products to individual customers.
- Engage potential clients via outbound calls, field visits, and referrals.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, terms, and eligibility criteria.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Utilize company-provided tools and resources to generate leads and convert prospects.
- Stay informed about the latest credit card offers, promotions, and policy updates.
- Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date customer database for follow-ups and reporting.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Sales Leader.
- Maximize lead conversion through effective use of unlimited leads supplied by the company.
