We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized CRM Administrator to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, efficient lead distribution, and smooth CRM workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the sales journal regularly
- Oversee the CRM system (Bitrix / AMOCRM) and ensure data accuracy
- Distribute incoming leads to agents in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor brokers’ activities to ensure proper follow-up with leads
- Evaluate lead quality, identify inconsistencies, and report them
- Manage document control and ensure all files are properly organized
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with Bitrix , Kommo CRM, Salesforce or AMOCRM is a must
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with CRM workflows and basic sales processes
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
