Job Title: CRM Executive
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated CRM Executive with a strong real estate background to join our team. This key role combines customer relationship management with lead qualification and verification, specifically in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification & Verification
- Conduct Verification Calls:
o Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from potential buyers, sellers, or renters in the real estate sector.
o Your goal is to verify the quality of the lead by evaluating key criteria such as budget, location preferences, timelines, and specific property needs.
- Assess Lead Suitability:
o Use industry-specific qualification frameworks to assess the potential of the lead.
- Categorize Leads Based on Real Estate Needs:
o Categorize leads accordingly in the CRM system—whether they are interested in residential, commercial properties, rental, or investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Teams:
o Share qualified lead information with the sales team, ensuring that they are equipped with the right details for successful follow-up.
o Provide actionable feedback to marketing teams regarding lead quality, helping refine marketing strategies.
CRM Management for Real Estate Leads
- Update CRM System:
o Maintain accurate, real-time records of each lead in the CRM system
- Monitor and Track Lead Status:
o Regularly review the CRM to ensure that leads are moving through the pipeline appropriately.
o Make sure follow-ups are scheduled, and the sales team receives timely updates about lead readiness.
- Ensure Seamless Handover to Sales Teams:
o Ensure smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team.
Lead Nurturing and Engagement
- Nurture Leads Over Time:
o Provide ongoing, tailored communication to nurture leads
- Provide Real Estate Insights:
o Share market knowledge and financial options.
· Referral Management:
o Redirect unqualified leads to referrals or suitable alternatives.
Reporting and Analysis
- Lead Performance Analysis:
o Track lead metrics and provide improvement insights.
- KPI Monitoring:
o Monitor KPIs and optimize performance.
Process Optimization and Feedback
- Process Improvement:
o Work with CRM and sales teams to streamline lead qualification processes.
- Real Estate Market Awareness:
o Stay up to date on real estate market trend.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Certification in Real Estate (e.g., Real Estate Salesperson or Broker certification) is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in the real estate industry (sales, marketing, or customer service) or in a CRM-related role within a real estate company.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes (e.g., buyer’s agent, property listings, financing options, market trends, etc.).
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on customer engagement, including an ability to explain complex real estate information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accurate and complete lead information is entered into the CRM system.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple leads simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Sales-Oriented: Strong understanding of the sales process in the real estate industry, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze lead data and identify patterns to assess the quality of leads, identify opportunities for improvement, and maximize lead conversion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
