CSR & Sustainability Initiatives:
- Heading and implementing creative, cost-effective eco-friendly programs that led to increased revenue and credibility for the organization
- Collaborating with local Markets to promote sustainable and handmade products
- Lead innovative, cross-departmental sustainability education programs and boost participation through employee initiatives
- Track and measure inputs, outcome and impact of community outreach programs to determine quality
Stakeholder Management and Business Excellence:
- Initiate and retain relationships with government, corporate project partners and donors, other stakeholders for finalizing projects, integrating innovative practices to ensure compliance towards all projects
- Ensure transparency through preparation of annual reports on finance, ongoing partnerships and sustainability projects (quarterly/yearly)
- Conduct social impact and materiality assessments (surveys to stakeholders, results analysis, recommendation to management about findings) to guide strategy and communication
Strategic Partnerships and Program Management:
- Develop strategy and volunteering engagement programs for existing and new corporate partnerships to develop into diversified revenue streams
- Support in attaining legal permits and partner deliverables for successful execution of partnerships and events
- Conduct regular research to analyse present and past data, locate trends and evolved plans to raise resources and partnerships
- Conceptualize and execute cause marketing campaigns to meet stakeholder needs and prepare pitches, grant proposals as required to meet revenue targets
Internal and External Communications:
- Develop plans for communicating the organizations commitment and progress toward sustainability to caregivers, community and stakeholders
- Contribute to cross-functional opportunities to meet shared organisational goals by working collaboratively with teams
- Represent SNF with key corporates, local Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and relevant government entities at panels and exhibitions
- Lead marketing and branding efforts for the organisation through various media channels including managing a blogger outreach program and building an active social network

Pay: AED5,500.00 per month
