Job Summary:
We are looking for a courteous and professional Customer Care Limousine Representative to manage client interactions and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the limousine service process. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle VIP clientele. A UAE attested certificate is required to validate qualifications and meet regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for limousine service clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Coordinate bookings, schedule pickups/drop-offs, and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Liaise between customers and drivers to ensure accurate trip details and high service standards.
- Monitor ride progress and proactively address delays or issues.
- Maintain detailed records of reservations, service feedback, and incident reports.
- Follow up with clients after service to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the limousine dispatch and operations teams to meet client expectations.
- Handle VIP and corporate client bookings with discretion and professionalism.
- Promote additional services, loyalty programs, or corporate packages when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or luxury transport.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is essential (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency with reservation systems or CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UAE transportation laws and customer service standards.
- UAE-attested educational or professional certificate (mandatory).
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
