Washmen’s offices in Dubai, Beirut & Istanbul are home to a steadily growing team of young professionals.Job OverviewThe Client Service Agent serves as the front-line representative for Shoe Care, ensuring that every client receives outstanding service from start to finish. This role requires a proactive, sales-minded individual who can manage client inquiries, upsell additional services, and support daily operations—including stepping in as a reliever when needed. Key Responsibilities-Greet and assist clients with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming and helpful environment.-Diverse in handling client service tasks, sells and complaint Management.-Handle client inquiries across various channels (using our CRM Tools) and resolve issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.-Provide accurate information about our shoe care services, pricing, and turnaround times.-Actively promote and upsell additional products and services to maximize client satisfaction and increase sales.-Process orders, returns, and payments efficiently using customer management systems.-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including all shoe care cx related processes.-Act as a reliever when necessary, supporting other sub departments or team members during absences, breaks, AL or peak periods.-Maintain a clean, organized, and branded workspace in accordance with company standards.-Collect and report customer feedback to help improve service offerings.-Adhere to all company policies.Qualifications & Skills-Proven experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (experience in shoe care and bag care is a plus).-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.-Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell services.-Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.-Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.-Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
