We are seeking a courteous and efficient Customer Relation Officer with healthcare experience to manage front desk operations and provide excellent service to patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule and manage appointments, coordinating with medical staff.
- Answer calls, address inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with patient registration and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of receptionist experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in office software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
