To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications in local government bodies websites like MOHRE for work permit Renewal, work permit Cancellation, work permit modification, New and Renewal of Labor Contract, outstation cancellation of work permit. Submitting the Expense Bills to the Accounts Department. Typing and submitting the applications in Smart GDRFA for New Visa, Visa Renewal, Visa Cancellation, Change Status, Profession Change update, and modification of personal data in immigration system. •••Preparation of all Arabic letters related to all Government Departments & consulates (i.e. GDRFA, MOHRE, Police Station etc. ••••Coordinating with the Typing Center for onboarded & Renewal Employees EID Application. Tracking and receiving Original EID of the employees and Handover to HR Team. Coordination with the HR Team to ensure that employees are registered in ILOE. Providing the Work Permit & MOL ID to HR for Payroll Process.
