Client Services Coordinator – Holiday Homes
Job Summary:
The Client Services Coordinator plays a vital role in managing owner and guest relationships, supporting pricing and booking operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role supports the full cycle of holiday home operations — from onboarding new units to overseeing daily performance, optimizing listings, and maintaining 5-star service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Owner Relations & Onboarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners.
- Handle new owner inquiries and clearly present Maison de Vacances’ management model.
- Share forecast reports, revenue structures, and payout breakdowns.
- Coordinate inspections, documentation, photography, and DTCM permit issuance.
- Prepare owner service agreements and maintain organized records.
- Nurture ongoing relationships and ensure owner satisfaction.
Guest Booking & Reservation Management
- Manage all guest communications through platforms such as Guesty, Airbnb, and Booking.com.
- Handle inquiries, booking confirmations, and guest requests with professionalism.
- Coordinate check-in/check-out schedules with field teams and guest support staff.
- Address guest issues quickly while upholding hospitality standards.
Pricing & Listing Coordination
- Maintain and adjust pricing using tools like PriceLabs and Smart Pricing.
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, and competitor benchmarks.
- Recommend dynamic rate changes to improve performance and maximize returns.
- Ensure listing content, calendar, and availability are always accurate.
Revenue & Reporting Coordination
- Share monthly owner reports, including revenue, deductions, and final payouts.
- Confirm owner approvals prior to initiating monthly bank transfers.
- Track and report KPIs like occupancy rate, ADR, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Work with finance and operations to ensure proper reconciliation and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Background in holiday homes, hospitality, or property management.
- Familiarity with Guesty, Airbnb, Booking.com, and pricing automation tools.
- Financial awareness — comfortable explaining reports and revenue structures.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and service-driven mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
