We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead revenue generation and client acquisition for our portfolio of holiday homes. You will develop partnerships, drive direct bookings, and oversee sales channels to ensure maximum occupancy and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize and achieve monthly occupancy and annual revenue targets for our holiday home properties.
- Identify and secure new B2C and B2B clients (corporate accounts, travel agencies, relocation services, real estate partners).
- Develop strategies to attract direct bookings and cultivate a loyal guest base for our properties.
- Manage OTA relationships (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia) and optimize listing performance.
- Lead a small team of reservation and telesales executives; train and motivate them to exceed goals and foster a high-performance sales culture.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with property owners, investors, and key partners.
- Pitch our holiday home management services to prospective property owners, highlighting our value proposition.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquiring new properties for management and attracting high-value individual and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to launch loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and influencer partnerships.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to boost visibility
- Conduct and analyze market and competitor trends, pricing strategies, and guest segments to identify opportunities for growth within the Dubai holiday homes sector.
- Prepare detailed sales performance reports and forecasts for the management information and review.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role within the real estate, hospitality, or holiday homes industry in Dubai.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strategic partnerships.
- In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate and holiday homes market, including key areas, trends, and tourism regulations and short-stay landscape, is a strong advantage.
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable sales plans.
- A strong existing network within the Dubai real estate or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Arabic fluency is a significant advantage.

- CRM and property management system experience (e.g., RMS, Opera)
