The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to negotiate effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. • Communicate clearly and confidently in your native or professional language. • Meet or exceed daily calls and performance targets. Requirements
